    Hello R Thorn, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    That's a Access is denied error code for usually when you don't have the appropriate rights to do whatever you are trying to do.

    Could you give us more details on what you are doing, or trying to do, when you get this error for us to be able to help with it?

    Right click on the program's installation file and click on Run as administrator to see if that may help allow it to be installed.
