    Airsmart user account

Does anyone know what creates this user account? I know I didn't.

Nvidia creates an UpdatusUser account, but I found this AirSmart account and its getting creepy o.0

I have a gigabyte assissin2 MB, could a utility for it have created it? I did not install very much on this computer, but I did have some windows live programs (namely, mesh). Any idea?

Dustsailor this is a wild guess but doing a quick google search using the term

may point to Adobe Air being installed previously which was also automatically installed with older versions of Adobe flash & PDF reader, I remember having to uninstall Adobe air each time after an update.

Hey, thanks. Some reason, Bing doesn't seem to find things like lyrics and specific searches like this. Google appears better at it. But I do have the newest flash installed, and I would bet that adobe air gets installed with it automatically every time.

Or it may be leftover remnants, Check programs and features or try searching your computer for "Adobe Air", Adobe folders in program files and App data etc for any clues.

Also other members may have better knowledge of your issue. Personally I had not even heard of "AirSmart account" or discovered it installed on my computer yet even when Adobe Air has been installed.

Hmm, my work laptop doesn't have the strange account, but it does have adobe air (Which means it is installed with adobe reader or flash, because those are the only two programs i install from adobe).

I found this account in attempting to set up parental controls with my admin account. Coincidentally, MSE caught and removed a virus a day ago, but I do not think a limited user account (airsmart) would have been created via malware, but who knows.

    very strange.
