What to do with this ?!?

Hey,

When i start my computer i get a sreen with the text:
C:\users\xxxxx\Appdata\Local\Temp\taskmanagr.exe

Microsoft <R> Windows Resource To Object Converter Version 8.00.50727.4940
Copyright <c> Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

usage: CUTRES [options] [files]

Options:

/DEFINE:symbol
/MACHINE:{ARM|EBC|IA64|IPS|MIPS16|MIPSFPU|
MIPSFPU16|SH4|THUMB|x64|x84}

/NOLOGO
/OUT:filename
/READONLY
/VERBOSE
/WINDOWSCEI:{CONVERT|EMULATION}]

_

Can i leave it or is it a virus??
Some days ago i had a virus on my computer, is this a indication that it's still there??
And does anyone know what it is?

Empty all hidden Appdata Temp folders after unhiding Hidden files in Control Panel>Folder options>View.

Then run CCleaner Disk and Registry tabs. CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes in Safe Mode if necessary.

Install Microsoft Security Essentials and run a Full Scan.

Run SFC -SCANNOW Command to check System Files.

If problems persist I would consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - steps are the same for retail.

Glaser,

Did MalwareBytes find anything? Yes/No

Do you already have a anti-virus program installed? Yes/No.
If answer is yes, then please give name thereof.

Let us know the name so that we can give you the correct link to remove your present antivirus.

thanks,

glaser,
First go to Control Panel | Programs and Features | right-click on the Panda entry | choose Uninstall.

REBOOT!.

If you get an error msg then go to this link from Panda for a solution when that doesn't work:
How can I uninstall my Panda Global Protection 2012 from my computer?-Technical Support-Panda Security

After uninstalling Panda, then install MSE.

After installing MSE and MSE performing an initial scan, then let us know if you still have problems.
