    Ok my brother! Thank you for everything! Really!
    But I have another problem now that I noticed ... problem in visual style..
    look at the pictures please (look at the frame):
    this is the bad frame i have in some windows...

    Unfortunately I can't understand the Hebrew language so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for in these images.

    I take it you mean the missing minimize and maximize buttons?

    If so, I wouldn't have a clue as to what is going on there.

    Can you explain what the problem is in more detail?

    If you wants to change the way your windows look, change to a different theme or turn off Aero feature,

    Right click on desktop, select "Personalize". Here you will see different themes and styles.

    You can select one which you likes the most.

    I agree with rraod, I think it's the Aero feature - transparency.

    more familiar themes: Windows7 basic or Windows Classic

    The problem fixed! i just need to change the theme to windows 7...
    i have one more question....
    in online games like COD MW3 and Counter Strike 1.6 and online softwares like Ventrilo i have the higest ping on the server. i dont mean i have a 150-300 ping.
    its seems like i have 5 ping but listed i have 25 ping... And all others have 5-15 ping... i have 20-30 ping... its good i feeling like i have a 5 ping but how to lower this ping? i have a new computer with graphic card - 6770! very good and my computer run this games with no any problem. and my internet speed is 10Mega byte.
    i want a ping like the others... 5 ping or 10 ping... beautiful ping =]
