Windows 7: How to get auto restart after power outage?

Looks like you live in Northern America. How is the mains power supply at your place? Are you using mains power supply or on generator? How come you are facing power problems and are using the UPS. Are you using the UPS for power backup or as a power conditioner? In either case, you should not be loosing power so frequently. If you have connected your UPS to a mains power outlet, then there should not be any problem.
