Figure out what shell extensions are installed, and remove/disable em?

For a couple of weeks now, my explorer.exe crashes very often. This occurs when I right-click on a file (any file, not just one particular filetype). It's never been like this in the past. I think it may have to do with some shell extension that is causing problems, but I have no idea how to figure out what it is.

Is there a way to see what kind of shell extensions are installed, i.e. stuff that appears in the right-click menu (when I right-click on a file), and is there a way to disable or remove them one by one?

You may want to look at ShellExView by Nirsoft.

Download ShellExView 1.70 Free - Displays the details of shell extensions installed on your computer - Softpedia

Sometimes Nirsoft is flagged by antimalware programs because of some of the utilities they offer. But they are a 100% legitimate company.
