If there are any other programs (other than advanced system care) shortcuts are missing, first try to fix it manually .
In the start > all programs list, right click on the program's name > send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
In the program's shortcut on the desktop, right click > properties > change icon => it will automatically guided to teh possible icons of the installed programs. Select yours, apply, ok.
If the "change icon" button is grayed out (most probably, if you have used the registry cleaner of advanced system care at a deep level), first try restore the registry backups made by Advanced system care.
If there are no registry backups, or restoring backups are not fixing the issue, uninstall the program/programs using Revo Uninstaller Freeware , wipe up all the leftovers alongwith the uninstallation, and then reinstall those programs back.
Finally, and most important, dont install advanced system care again. it will cause more damages than care. it is a regularly reported issue that the program causing damages.
