When i right click on winrar files i get an 'extra' option

When i right click on any of my winrar files i get the option to install with GTA mod installer, I used to have the program but i deleted it. I go to my windows folder and there is a San Andreas Mod Installer file. Inside there is a uninstall program, when i try to uninstall i get an error message that says, "Invalid start mode: archive filename"
What does this mean? Is the program already uninstalled? Is there a way to get rid of the option when i right click on a winrar file?
