Launching an app from start->run with admin privileges?

Is it possible to launch an application from start->run dialog box with administrator privileges?

    a couple of ways

Click start, click all programs, click accessories, Right click "command prompt" and choose "Run as Administrator" now run your app.

or just go to the app in all programs, right click and choose "Run as Administrator".

I believe you can use the search box, and treat it as the run box.

Rather than just using "Enter" as you normally would, use "Ctrl-Shift-Enter."

It doesn't appear to work with the run box, but it will work there.

It probably depends upon which application,

and how 'detailed' (lol) their "documentation" (lol) is...

The 'index' (or TOC) might have 'Launch' in there.
