Do you have any System Restore point dates from before this happened?

Do you have any Win7 backup images to restore? Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup

Hmmm, I'm not sure, I may. Will check. Would you suggest a backup restorer anther than a restore point?

Try the Restore points first as it's easier and keeps everything in place except hopefully the problem.

I'll try that tonite, and let u know.

Well, I'm not sure if this is the case, but since I did the repair install, all my restore points are gone. Also, so is the windows backup I did earlier.
I did find a folder on my PC called "Windows Image Backup" with some *.vhd, and .xml files, but control panel says no backup was ever run.
