Using PW CD delete the last two partitions created for Win8, click OK.

Next rightclick SysReserved to Modify>Set to Active, click, OK.

Then rightclick PQ service to Modify>Set to Primary, click OK, then Apply.

Now boot into Win8 installer to create a new Win8 partition to install it. It should not now create it's own System Reserved partition since it will see the Win7 one.

If this is the case, proceed with Win8 install to see if it will configure the Dual Boot correctly during install.

If this fails delete Win8 partition, check that Win7 SysReserved remains Active and run Win7 Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until Win7 starts.

If that fails change the Active flag to Win7 partition itself, run repairs again.

Did you try to create a new partition for Win8 using its booted installer yet? It will show you if it's trying to create a System Reserved partition in which case you should not proceed. If it only creates its own install partition then you are good to go.

If there is any question post up another screenshot of Disk management and we will give you the steps to add Win8 safely.

Boot Partition Wizard to create a NTFS Primary partition in the Unallocated Space, then boot the Win8 installer to install to it.

No SysReserved can be created even in error when the drive is already pre-partitioned.
