    Hello everyone!!!


    Good Morning All well guys im A+ from the Microsoft and i got a problem,i got a cliente with a laptop with windows 7 Home Premiun and she dont remember the Password she Put in the Welcome Home,i know in windows 7 u cant remove the password like XP when u hit the F8 and enter in saved mode and enter in administrative and remove that password, i talk to her and tell her the only thing is make a facotry default to her laptop make a recovery from the begining,she dont wanna that becasue she have a lot a thing she is a Teacher,i talk again with her and tell her make a back up for all the information she have in the laptop but in the end need to make a recovery default from the begining,i ask all of u is there a software to remove that password or not i know is dificultd but is there one im gonna apretiated THK

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the rules of the forum prevent us from giving you information that could bypass the password.

    No discussions of hacking someones system, network, password, etc.

    so u cant tell me if there some way to remove that password to my client is not a for bad thing is my cliente like i say im A+ from the microsoft but i dont know how im A+ like 10 years and i know in XP u can remove that password but in windows 7 i know u cant remove only im asking if there something to removed like in Xp or not

    No, per forum rules, we can't tell you how to do it. There's no built-in feature. Not to sound rude, but someone with an A+ cert should be able to find what you are looking for pretty easily. We can't give links or suggestions here, though.

    As for the "why", it's because we can't verify anything. I'm not saying this to you personally, but as a generalization...you could have stolen the laptop and come up with that story. Please know, I'm not accusing you of lying. I'm just explaning why such things can't be discussed.
