1-Since iam very new, i want to know can i take a Backup of the Recovery(D) in DVDs and restore the space (capacity) to C drive??? Or is it necessary to have it in the system???
2-When i try to make a partition from C drive, the same old prob of getting Dynamic disk conversion comes up...Now dat i got back all the unallocated partition back to C,(thanks to seven forums) how do i create another new partition???
I tried checking with other posts but was unable to understand..

Best method with HP preinstalls which have the System Reserved partition is to convert C to Logical, shrink it to add as many adjacent Logical partitions as you want. Use only the Partition Wizard bootable CD:
How to set partition as Primary or Logical.
Partition Wizard Resize Partition Video Help.
Partition Wizard Create Partition Video Help

This keeps the HP tools and Recovery partitions operable. Be sure to make your HP Recovery Disks first to use as a backup to the preferred method of running Recovery from its partition at boot: HP Recover Windows 7 Operating System Using HP Recovery - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

Be aware that HP has the industry's worst load of corrupting bloatware and useless factory utilties which have better versions built into Win7. You should Clean Up Factory Bloatware at a minimum, but most tech enthusiasts choose to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Did you read and look at the video tutorials in the blue links?

Please post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Management drive map and listings:

1. Type Disk Management in Start Search box.
2. Open Disk Mgmt. window and maximize it.
3. Type Snipping Tool in Start Search box.
4. Open Snipping Tool, choose Rectangular Snip, draw a box around full map and all listings.
5, Save Snip, attach using paper clip in Reply Box.

Tell us what is on each partition.
