How can I resize the start orb?

I want to make my start orb bigger, I know I can do it with an image editing program but is thier any software I can download that has the ability to do it?

Google searches are being difficult so does anyone on here already know of a program that can do this?

Even though my name is techpro a program would be nice, should be technovice haha.


Note: I have Windows 7 start button changer 2.6.

- I would prefer an actual resize over a resolution change.

You might want to try this StartOrbz v3.1.a by ~Blizo on deviantART It was made by one of our members here on the forum I have used it several times.
Use a 106 pixel x 106 pixel transparent background to start with and then design your start orb to fit within that.
