    Keyboard tweaks to type special characters from a second language


    I do 70% of my typing in English and 30% in Spanish. Is there any tweak to make the keyboard to
    a. toggle between those 2 languages ...
    or...
    b. have about 20 special characters to be readily available with the existing keyboard? (hot keys ?)

    If so, how could they be set?

On my Mac if I wanted to type "è" I just type option+e to get the little tick thingy with a highlight field then e again to to "è". On Windows the only way i've found how to do that is to bring up the character map, which is a bit of a pain when you just want to use the keyboard. help?
Hi, I'm not sure what happened, but one moment I can use all my international characters with the simple <alt><char> strokes that I'm used to, and now I can't. For example the ç I normally get from <right alt><,> but now that gives me nothing. I did not install any driver updates, and the keyboard...
