    @Lee400

    Warning
    You will need to be an administrator to open the Local Security Policy Editor.
    Local Security Policy will only be available in the Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterpise editions.
    You will not have Local Security Policy available in the Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium editions.

    Mine is Windows 7 Home Premium edition Service Pack 1

    Try making a new user account that is an administrator and copy all of your music, pictures, etc to that new account. there is no need to do a repair install if you make a fresh account. Be sure that the new user account is a system administrator and not a standard user.

    Doode kindly pls understand my issue clearly!!

    Even if I tried to create an another account also at first it is throwing an dialogue box and asking for my administrative password, but it is not giving any text input box to enter my administrative password also the "YES" button is not enabled only "NO" button is available to click.

    NOTE: I am unable to capture the screen shot using PrntScr also.

    You need to perform a Repair Install, as stated earlier:

    Sorry for my hasty reply I hadn't caught on to the fact that it was a home version, however it is still possible to do if you have access to a pc that has the mmc snapins, as you can set the settings on the host pc and then apply them to the client. I will read up and endeavour to help you!
