Windows 7: Icons randomly messed up.

How many programs are affected there ? If a sizeable number of program are affected, butter you do a Clean Install Windows 7

it happened when i toke ownership of everything and it crashed i used the take ownership reg

I'm messed up that i lost my install disc :C
