what will happen if i delete my cache or active login history

im using firefox & went to delete cookies & those 2 boxes mentioned were clicked as well. im wondering if i should delete them.

It won't hurt at all. Just deleting your cookies, and active login history will delete all of your saved logins.

BSOD right after login. Doesn't Happen Everytime
Shortly after logging into Windows 7, the computer will blue screen, but it does not happen every time. It does happen on a daily basis though. I have tried running diagnostics on it and nothing is coming up as wrong and I have also set it to not go into hibernation mode to see if that would help....

Filter sites to keep Internet history and cache in.
Is there a way to filter certain sites to keep in Internet history even when I delete it? I have windows 7 with the latest Internet explorer

IE 10 cache delete
I modified my webpage and was able to see the change in Firefox but IE 10 keeps showing me the old page. I deleted the history using Internet Options, Safety, and F12 developer tools. No Joy. I also ran CCCleaner with the same lack of results. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.
