How to spy someones computer screen in own network?

Can i see someones computer screen on my network? I wanna see what my friend is doing on MY computer in my network.

Discussing ways to spy on someone's computer is not allowed here due to the possibility of being abused. If you suspect illegal activity on your network, then you will need to either remove them from the network, hire a professional investigation service, or involve the proper authorities.
