what file path to use ? .XML and .XSN forms

A coworker emailed me the following forms, one is .XML, one is .XSN
However the notepad opened version of the header of the .XML form seems to indicate that the form is trying to connect to our corporate server. I wish to be able to use this on a stand-alone laptop. See cut and pasted header below

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><?mso-infoPathSolution solutionVersion="" productVersion="14.0.0" PIVersion="" href="http://forms/FormServerTemplates/FORM123.xsn?OpenIn=PreferClient&NoRedirect=true&XsnLocation=" name="urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:infopath:FORM123:-myXSD-2009-09-22T01-27-37" ?><?mso-application progid="InfoPath.Document" versionProgid="InfoPath.Document.3"?><my:myFields xmlns:xsi="" xmlns:dfs="Error" xmlns:tns="" xmlns:ns1="Error" xmlns:my="Error" xmlns:xd="Error" xml:lang="en-us">

What is the correct path / etc code (to be used instead of the top header) to enable this form to "look for" the FORM123.XSN on my stand alone laptop.

The form is physically in C/My Documents drive

Try something like this: file:///D:/Temp/Move%20Download%20Files.xml

Replace D:/Temp/..... with the path to your file, see if that works.

Extra, unneeded file path
When I'm editing a photo in Photoshop CS5, running on Win 7 Pro 64bit and hover in the top left of the workspace to close the image an extra and large name and file path pops up in my way and I have to sit and wait for it to go away.
