Notebook starts freezes in Boot Manager. No response from F, etc Keys

Notebook running Windows 7 only Boots and freezes in Boot Manager. Got into Edit Boot Manager but could not navigate. The Enter, ESC, Function, arrow keys do not respond. Tried removing battery - power button - restart, fix dosen't work. Hard disk/Fan/driver check ok. Restart with F8-safe mode does not respond; with F10-Bios (InsydeH20 Setup Utility Rev 3.5) gives continuous beep and navigation keys do not respond. Have to turn off notebook power to end beeping. Kindly assist. Stuck in Boot Manager

Appreciate the help Gregrocker, however, it would not boot from the USB Flash drive. Neither F10- BIOS/Boot Options nor F8 Safe Mode options can be navigated. Bios gives continuous beeps. Enter, arrow, TAB, Enter keys do not respond to enable page navigation. Help ...

Try resetting the CMOS battery or jumper: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

If that fails and you cannot boot a known-good bootable disk or stick (95% of the time it is being booted wrong) then you may need to reflash your latest BIOS update. Are you still under warranty?

    savvy tech,

Your bios is talking to you. Get the documentation for your computer and see what is said about beep sequences.

I'm trying to remember what a continual beep indicates.

    Remove the optical unit.
    Remove all ram
Disconnect and reconnect the disk drive.
    Insert one memory stick only.
    reconnect the optical unit.

Ah yes, now I recall-the one time I ran across something like this, then there was a stuck key on the keyboard.

Turn upside down with key unit open. Bang lightly on the botttom to try and jar any dirt out. Feel the keyboard. Is a key "caught"?

    Stuck In Boot Manager

No grgrocker, I am out of warranty by 3 months. Bummer. Will review your post link and see.
Hey Karlsnooks, thanks for adding to the solution. Continuous beeping signals serious mother board or memory issues. Thing is, I get no response from keyboard except for Function keys F8, F10.
I note that the wireless key F12 stays lit, even when I Fn + F12 to turn it off. Removed and replaced button but still stays lit.

Did you try removing memory and inserting only one memory stick?

When you do that first remove both sticks, reboot to see what codes you get to confirm codes are responsive.

    Still Stuck In Boot Manager

Reset the CMOS via battery lead removal - replace. CMOS screen reverted to WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER screen. F8 does not action advanced options menu. Enter, etc, button does not respond either. Still froze in Boot Manager.
Karlsnooks, I have not removed the memory stick as yet.

The memtest86, HD diagnostics, Paragon Rescue and PW boot CD's in tutorial boot themselves so I would try one of them to complete those steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums

Then if all else fails you can autostart PW or DBAN CD to wipe the HD which should force Win7 installer to likewise autostart. This is a last resort I use if reflashing the BIOS fails.
