After I restarted my computer today my taskbar changed from being see-through to a horrible sky blue colour.
I have done my research and outcomes that have made other peoples taskbar transparent have not worked for me, such as changing the theme of your computer to one of the Aero ones....

When I open Google Chrome on my taskbar it opens under a different icon then the pinned icon.
