Can't start my computer, symefa64.sys, some other problems

I can't start my computer nor normal mode, nor safe mode.
It says "Windows/system32/drivers/NISx64/1000000.07D/Symefa64.sys" is crrupt or something. It asks me to put w7 dvd and restart. I do and it doesn't read it.
From BIOS i entered windows 7 dvd (im not sure if it's the one that came with my computer). The CD is not a pirate. And try to repair. Can't do. Then i try to command promt. I have done CHKDSK /f /r 3 times already and nothing.
I tried "sfc /scannow" and it wont let me. It says that a repair is pending and needs a restart. I have restarted and nothing.
I tried Install W7 and then "Actualizar". And it says something about to eject the dvd and to put it back on. Won't let me.
    Sorry for poor english.
I think that it could be fixed by copying SYMEFA64.SYS from the installer dvd but i dunno how.

If Win 7 install is on a USB then yes, a USB should work.

You will be doing this on a different computer, then copying the files to a USB stick to use on the failing computer.
