Hi, when I edit a text in win7 .txt format, is there a hidden header that registers other info like the name of the computer, date, etc? If yes, how can I see it?

W10 Pro desktop, W10 laptop, W10 laptop, W10 Pro tablet (all 64-bit)

The closest thing I can think of to what you are asking for is that you can right-click on the file while in Win Explorer and select Properties then click on the Details tab for whatever info is collected.
