Windows 7 programs doesn't respond and ultimately restarts.

Hi, my laptop's windows 7 programs (My document, computer, pictures, recycle bin and etc.) won't open. The windows shows up but it only in white, next thing I know the Not Responding window will open and ultimately it restarts. I've tried installing anti-malware programs as some forums suggested but it didn't work. It's been like this for about two months now. I'm been using WMP's "open" button to navigate my way through my files because that is the only way I can open them. Someone, please help me.

So are you saying that when you click on say Computer in the start menu, a window opens but stays blank and then you get the Not responding message? If so what anti virus software are you running and is it up to date. When you say you have tried to install anti malware programs but they didn't work, what do you mean "Didn't Work" Were you able to install, if not what message did you get?

Yes and yes and I was able to install it but all of them said that they are no malwares and as of the moment, I am using Bitdefender 2012 but only the trial version. :)

I am not familiar with Bitdefender 2012 but I would un install it and download and install the free fully working Windows Security Essentials. Run a full scan! You can download from here:
