Gadgets snapping to eachother

Is there any way to keep them from snapping to the sides and to each other???

~ Didn't search so feel free to call me a noob if you must :P to lazy to search right now copying a bunch of files

Win7 Enterprise, Win7 x86 (Ult 7600), Win7 x64 Ult 7600, TechNet RTM on AMD x64 (2.8Ghz)

Hold down the Shift key & move & drag them where you want them :)

Window snapping without extra software?
I'm not talking about aero snap. I installed display fusion. I have three displays and I can snap a window to the edge of a display no matter the size of the window. Can you do this from within Windows itself?
Cannot turn off desktop grid snapping on 2nd monitor

Snapping - resizing browser
Snapping, what a good idea. What would be better, though, is if I snap my Firefox browser, say, to the left, that it resizes so it fits all the content I can see into the space. Instead of having to scroll left right. It shouldn't be too hard, a great majority of websites are centrally aligned...
