Hi fatemeh and welcome to the Forum!
I presume you mean "The Windows® Automated Installation Kit" if so what do you mean you want to create an answerfile?
Are you ytrying to install Windows 7 over your existing Windows XP setup? If so have you got a new Windows 7 retail disc?

I've created a full walkthrough tutorial for creating an answerfile for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
This uses WAIK 3.0, System Image Manager, and OSCDIMG to create an answer file and build a custom bootable ISO image with the autounattend file inside it.

Let me know if this is helpful for you.
