I don;t think this has anything to do with facebook. Whenever i go into a new home page or web page, this will show up.

Check your system for malware, spyware and for Virus's. That's not a legit Facebook log in window. I'm betting it's a bug of some sort.

So, whenever you open a new tab or window in your browser you get this? And presumably the same when you first open a browser session?

Could your home page have been set to this address? Internet Explorer Home Page - Add or Change

Are you possibly from Singapore, using Singtel broadband connection? If so then no worries, it looks that at the moment Singtel is having problems with their servers which is causing this. Nothing wrong on your PC, a clear ISP related issue.

I can't explain it. A few years ago I hit my head quite hard against a stone wall, and after I woke up in hospital I had this strange ability, I could answer any question and see the future .

Seriously, it took me one Google search and a few seconds.
