Only have 'other user ' on login page

    You might consider using the tutorial below to copy and paste any files you do not want to lose to another location like an external HDD to back them up. It appears that you may need to reinstall Windows 7.

    This might sound daft and I can't see why it should work but if you go into safe mode with command prompt - then try to enable the Default Administrator, would that work?
