    I'm not sure what it said after i did that command, but im sure that it had done and i've reboot my computer

    I still dont understand that why "paint" does not work but "mspaint" does?

    If you type in paint or mspaint in the Start you should end up in the same place.
    Type in paint and right click on it. Pin it to (your choice) or Send to (your choice).
