Is there a way to link my entire C:/users folder to another drive?

Is there a method to link my entire C:/users folder to another drive with out the need to reinstall anything and have things work perfectly as the way they were? What I want is all the read and writes to be done on another drive.

    This should help you out,

Just to verify the above method moves all the user files including those that are in /appdata and would not need any registry editing nor any reinstallation ?

    EDIT:

From what I understand this is just for music and my documents, which has a selection for target location, What Im looking for is the entire C:/users to be moved, accessed and written on another drive which includes /appdata

Then this is probably what you want,

User Profile - Change Default Location

Notice the red warning box under option one.

The methods posted, I already have everything installed and I'm wondering if its possible to relocate the C:/users ( all if its contents including appdata ) to another partition with out the need for reinstalling my apps/OS.
