Change Back To Unknown Application Type

Hi, I accidently set a .xwm file type to open with Windows Media Player. I need it set as an unknown file type to open with its proper program. Any suggestions? :)

I need it to open with an unknown program so when I double click it the message box saying 'Choose a program from list of files/Search internet for the right program to open it with' will come up...

    ...

You didn't even bother to do what I posted did you...otherwise it makes no sense why you need to deassociate it when you can associate with the program you want. Why would to program even care if the file is associated to another program in the first place? IT MAKES NO SENSE.

Understand exactly what you want to do and why...have the same problem with XML files that are set to open with internet explorer when they are brush files.believe it has to be done thru the command prompt, still researching how,but you make perfect sense to me!
