HELP!! Keeps RESTARTING...!!! no bsod..

Guys help me :O my computer keeps restarting randomly... its custom built. no heat issue... all low. i recently just clean installed again so now problems with that.. virus scan no virus... please help! no bsod... tho and event viewer saids event 41. its not overclocked..

Have you made sure all of your WIndows Updates are done, including optional to get latest correct drivers?
