    Boot into recovery environment->command prompt

    Code:
    bcdedit /set  {default}  safeboot  minimal
    Other switches after safeboot: network, dsrepair, minimal (alternateshell)
    After setting has been changed, try to boot normally (which is actually safe mode). Works?

    and to delete safeboot entry:

    Code:
    bcdedit /deletevalue  {default}  safeboot

    Keep working through the steps to confirm infection is cleaned up with a boot scan and another Malwarebytes scan in Safe Mode, then try repairing System files and the boot to see if Win7 can start.

    Everything that can possibly be done to start the OS is in the Troubleshooting tutorial you were given days ago, leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files and running Recovery or Clean Reinstalling.
