Quite often my mouse makes that windows sound(when u plug something out of the USB)and then freezes for a sec. or two and then makes the windows sound(when you plug something in the USB port)And then goes on this is really annoying what can I do to fix it?Oh and is this the right place the post because it is windows 7.
Sounds like tt could either be the mouse connection going bad or the USB connector that it's plugged into. Have you tried plugging it into another USB port to see if that fixes the issue? If not, you might want to start looking for another mouse.

It doesn't make the sound and can't move anymore now it just freezes for a short moment
What antivirus are you running? What software have you installed recently?
Launch an elevated command prompt and run "sfc /scannow" to rule out any corrupted system files that might be causing this.

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Ř Manufacturer and Model OR Custom build.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc
Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.
With Speccy, you can select with your mouse/touchpad info from the display
and paste that info into your specs.
SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.
