    Opening a folder in the CMD prompt


    I'm running win 7 changed the default CMD C:\windows \system32 to C:\ I need to open a folder in the C: how do I go about that. thanks

    If you are sitting at C: and want to go to C:\Intel, you would enter cd Intel at the C: prompt.

    Win + E | SHIFT + RT-CLICK on the C drive | select Open command window here
    WIN = key with Microsoft logo on top.
