As I said before, I thought I had something like it, but when I logged in, it didn't show any kind of subscription.

You can often find discounts for Technet to drop that price upwards of $100 (so it should be around the $250 ballpark). They've historically had $99 Technet subscriptions available to students for periods, but may have stopped those due to abuse by non-students.

If you can hold on a month, the family upgrade 3-pack for $150 (or less) may be the cheapest way to go if it would satisfy your needs.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Retail)

But Technet really becomes a bargain when one considers that in addition to Win 7 Ultimate, Office 2010 is likely to be made available on Technet while a new 1 year subscription started now is still valid. So $250 or so (with discounts) for a TechNet subscription that will net one up to 10 keys for W7 Ultimate and Office 2009 and 2010 (when released), among other apps, is a very good deal, imo, (even though, of course, one is not legally permitted to use licenses acquired via Technet in a "production" environment).
