Can I ask a couple of questions, please?
Is this version of Windows7 RC or RTM?
Have you activated it and have you been able to download Windows updates?

Hello Jacee,
I have activated my windows and downloaded all the updates it had.
I got my copy throught my school I can't tell if its RC or RTM but this is the info I could find (which probably doesn't help) Windows 7 Professional (x64) - DVD (English)

Do you have Windows Defender running? If you do, go to services and disable it.

See if the error continues when it's disabled and you're running in 'normal' mode.
