Welcome Utued to the windows 7 forums.

You really need to prune your C drive of some files to allow it to function properly.

You might want to think about the purchase of another hard disk so that some of the data files presently on your C drive can be safely moved to your new disk.

    Hello utued.

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

Use Disk Cleanup to delete any unneeded files on your hard drive.
Here's how to use Disk Cleanup.

    1. Open Windows Explorer and click on Computer.
    2. Right click Local Disk C: or similiar with drive letter C: (where Windows is installed on). Then click Properties.
    3. On Local Disk C: properties, click Disk Cleanup.
    4. Windows will scan all files on your C: drive.
    5. Check all boxes, then click OK.
    6. Click Delete files.
