    administrator or not?


    hey, how does administrator work? it automatically comes with windows 7 right? do i have a choice whether i want to use it or not? i don't want to type in a password each time i log in. thank you

    Hi

    You can disable your administrative password, so that you do not need to enter it again and again.

    Click on START->CONTROL PANEL-> USER Accounts.

    there you can find the option to disable password of an existing account.

    You must have one user with administrative rights. If you dont want to use it then create a User Account and login with that. There is also the Windows 7 Built in Administrator see here:

    If your User Account has administrative rights then you cannot delete it unless you have at least one other account with administrative rights!

    by default, do i need to enter a password each time the desktop screen appears? because i don't want to do that.

    You do seem to be asking the same question over and over again even when the answer has been provided. Go back over this thread and you will see that it is not necessary to have any passwords but you should be aware that this leaves your comuter open to others!
