Should I migrate to next OS after 2020?

I see that Windows 7 will end support in year 2020. After 2020, what should I do? Migrate to next OS or keep Windows 7?

When I don't migrate to other OS after 2020, what will happen with Windows 7?

You should do what fits your needs best. No one really pays attention to support dates anyway, because no one really goes to Microsoft for support, especially not an individual.

And, why have not you installed Service Pack 1?

It is necessary.

I want to stick with W7 - 2020 workaround?
I'm very happy with Windows 7 and don't want to DOWNGRADE to Windows 10. My only concern is when support ends in January 2020. Is there any way Windows 7 can continue to be used safely after that date?
