whenever i click close the program or check online for a solution and close the program still it will popup again ( the error). Its annoying but somehow i manage to skip it by pressing ctrl+alt+delete task manager and click processes and end process the explorer.exe in order for me to use the internet and browse but the only problem is i cant go to "My computer" drives cause the error will popup again and i cant right click on the desktop and the task bar is not there cant even see the windows or press the windows startup. I hope anyone can help me out with this.

    Welcome

I see Fault Module Name: WindowsCodecs.dll there.

What codec pack are you using? Let us know and go through this thread for additional information.

    I'm aware of two.

They are Klite Codecs and Shark007's codecs.

    • Click on the start
    • Type uninstall a program in search
    • Scroll and see if you find any of these

Anyhow ive followed what you said and it seems i dont have both or any of it installed. What should i do next install one of it on my pc?

    [1] Click on the start
[2] Type command prompt, > right click and select run as administrator
    [3] Type SFC /scannow

Or just follow: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Did you check the troubleshooting link on my first post?
