Hello microbillgates.
This Tutorial should help you to do what you want.

Thank you
Do you know or have a link to all *.cpl files in system32 just in case I want to make another shortcut
What worked for me was to go into the Control Panel and right click Programs and Features. From the menu select "Create shortcut". It should place a shortcut to the uninstaller right on your desktop (at least that's how I do it for any .cpl shortcut I want on the desktop).

I searched on the Tutorial page and found the above.

You can do the same for other Shortcuts that you may need or search Google.
Open an explorer window. Paste this into the address bar:
"%SystemRoot%\System32"(without the quotes)
Then enter
"*.cpl"(without the quotes)
...into the search bar.
This should list a few common control panel items though their filenames are kinda ambiguous.
