Can I restore to my old OS?

I just installed a version of windows 8 pro from my college software website. I need to use my work website, which is a electronic health record site, to do work. Windows 8 is not working with this site at all.

I cannot go back to windows 7 without reinstalling while losing all of my files, I am on vacation and have no Hard drive to back up. Can I restore to an earlier time which I had windows 7?

64-bit Windows 10 Pro

Hello Mike,

Unfortunately, you'll need to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 to go back to it from Windows 8.

You might see if using compatibility view in Internet Explorer for the site may be able to help. If not, then you might give the site a try with Firefox.

Hope this helps,

You can back up your files to the cloud using Skydrive which offers 7gb free storage with each Windows Live ID.

Then Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

It's reckless to not keep yoru personal and business files backed up regularly, along with a Win7 backup image: Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup

Well if your using IE9 that could be the issue. As mentioned try using another browser.
