    Desktop picture vs. icons

I changed my desktop, BUT the icons are still white and the background is too light. Is there any way to change the icons to black so I can read them?

Hi try this, i find it can be kind of buggy though. It will just go blank sometimes, and then revert itself. It works perfectly for your problem though. Windows does not have its own option to change the font colors or background of icons.
As an example look what i did to my screen.
