    Windows 7 reboot loop issue.

    Hello!

I've been experiencing a constant reboot loop with my Windows 7 64 bit installation. It will automatically boot into safe mode (Without any prompt screen saying it's using minimal resources) and will say "Setup is preparing your computer for first time use".

Then, a dosbox pops up saying it's "flushing folders" and it just restarts from there. I tried using the "Infinite Boot Loop Guide" here, but it didn't help as my Regback folder was totally empty.
I've already tried doing chkdsk /f /r and Startup Repair but it didn't help.

I have the Windows 7 install disk and Hirens Boot Disc.

    How do I fix this?

    Thank you for reading. :)

Work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot.

The steps check for infection and try every possible repair for Win7 OS and boot, file rescue, everything needed for Clean Reinstall or Factory Recovery.
