Are Both 32 & 64 bit version on one disk?

The simple answer is YES.
With the help of 7-Zip, then the procedure is rather simple.
I did catch a glimpse of a long procedure and many commands. The procedure is actually quite easy and short. Let me know if you still need assistance.
Even though I am now done with this, using the long and many commands (and actually very impressed with the results), I would like to like to see how to do this with 7-Zip. I've been longtime user of 7-Zip and like it very much.
In the meantime, here is a picture of my results.

You will be able to use the one disk.
The normal retail version has both 32 and 64 bit versions on the dvd.
You can use the same disk, however, not the same 25 character key.
That key is good for only one win 7 license unless you have a family pack license.
