    That's what the ISO file is creating for you.

    You would just use your current product key number on your COA sticker to activate it with when finished.

    what do i do after i run setup?

    Please read the steps in the tutorial, and the links in the steps, for details on how to.
    You shouldn't lose any data, but I would strongly recommend to backup anything that you do not want to lose to be on the safe side. Anything can happen.

    But how come i have a 319GB hard drive now but before i had a 500GB hard drive?
    Does Dual Boot affect the repair install?

    Please go ahead and post back with a screenshot of your Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) window showing it's full layout to see if it may reveal what's up with the HDD. :)
