    You could even try just searching Google?????????
    I just typed in SPEEDbit.com removal and the following site glared at me.
    Does this help?

    Have you downloaded any video or download accelerators? A quick google search shows they offer download accelerators and also a SPEEDbit.com Search (powered by BOSS). I'm not going to click on that link!

    Search your computer and registry for the term BOSS.

    Did a search found emboss only.
    And yes I did
    downloaded any video or download accelerators.What a mistake it was recommended on another forum

    Have you tried the link willythecat posted.

    Do a google search for "uninstall speedbit.com search". Lots of people with your same problem.

    Did you ever git rid of that search engine? If not go just to the left of Google and tick on the little multi colored puppy foot. Go down to Manage Search Engines and tick on it. Then remove what ever search engine you want to. That thing you got should be listed there.

    Yea thanks for that info,I have done that no luck.Been digging through it last night its got itself into google chrome settings somehow.
