    Administrator rights/ unblocking websites.

I got a computer from school, and I'd like to know: how can I get admin rights without having to do anything illegal? Then, I'd like to know how to unblock some things, currently, I have to use Internet explorer, because these computers can't download anything, nor can they visit many websites, for they are blocked with something like "personal blogs" or "Proxy avoidance".
Question is: How do I get admin rights and remove all the blocks? All I want to do is listen to some youtube and I can't, yet at the school,I can go to almost any website unhindered. I don't understand why at home I can't access youtube, but at school I can. I think I need help pretty badly.

Sorry but it's against forum rules to help you bypass blocks set by your school.

I see, well I felt the need to mention I'm on a Dell Latitude laptop, even though you couldn't help.
    Thanks anyway though :)
